    Jeff Hunter, D.V.M.

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Hunter received a B. S. of Animal Science from Louisiana Tech University in 1988. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. Dr. Hunter practiced at Clanton’s Veterinary Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia from 1991 until 1996. Dr. Hunter moved to White Hall in 1996 and opened Hunter’s Animal Hospital, PA on Dollarway Road. In 2003 the clinic was moved to a new facility at 7200 Sheridan Road in White Hall. Dr. Hunter is a member and sponsor of the Razorback Chapter of Duck’s Unlimited. He is also a member of the Pine Bluff and White Hall Chambers of Commerce. In his spare time you will find Dr. Hunter flying and spending time with his two daughters, Courtney and Anna Claire, and wife, Lisa. Dr. Hunter has a Corgi, Bentley.

  • Dr. Monique Misfeldt

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Misfeldt received a B.S. of Biology at Carroll University in 2016. She completed her preclinical years
    of veterinary school at Ross University and completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University. She
    graduated veterinary school in 2019 and began working at Hunter’s Animal Hospital. In her free time
    you will find Dr. Misfeldt spending time training her working dogs for a variety of sports including
    schutzhund/IGP, PSA, dock diving, tracking, and more. She is partial to the Dutch Shepherd and Belgian
    Malinois breeds. Dr. Misfeldt also enjoys spending time on her farm with her two off the track
    thoroughbreds and her chickens.

    Heather Cheek

    Office Manager
    Heather joined the Hunter's Animal Hospital staff in 2002. She is one of the many smiling faces to greet you at the front door. Heather and her husband have a 6 year old son. She has two dogs, G and Bernie, and a cat, Grey's.

    Maddie started with Hunter's Animal Hospital in June 2020.  Maddie attended UAM where she was a cheerleader for the Boll Weevils.  In her spare time she enjoys photography.  Maddie and her fiance Scott  have 3 dogs, Gracie Lou, Oakley and Bandit.

    Kimberly started with us when she was in high school.  She rejoined our team when returning from college in December 2020.  Kim has 2 cats.

    Ashton has been with Hunter's Animal Hospital since 2006. She and her husband have a 6 year old daughter.  They also have a Corgi, Ryder, and 2 cats, Evie and Tom.

    Raven started with Hunter's Animal Hospital in Fall 2019.  She graduated in December 2018 with a B.S. in Animal Science from UAPB.

    Jessie worked for us while she attended high school.  She rejoined our team in June 2021 after working for Dolly Parton's Stampede.  She has a 1 year old daughter.  In her spare time she enjoys riding her horses.

    Arce takes wonderful care of our pets while they are boarding and makes our precious pets look and feel beautiful during their spa day. She has 4 dogs.
